How do I submit my abstract?
Submit online using abstract submission link of the respective Conference

How many abstracts can be submitted by a speaker
Maximum 2 presentations can be given by a single speaker.
I am the co-author of a paper can I present the work.
With the consent of the main author, co-author can present their work.
What if my abstract is not accepted, can I still attend the conference?
Yes, you can attend as a delegate.
Do I need to submit an abstract to attend the conference?
No, you can directly register as a delegate
Can you send me a visa letter for my visa application?
Individuals that require an official letter of invitation in order to obtain a visa and authorization to attend the meeting must first register for the meeting and then request a Visa Letter of Invitation via email by writing to us at [email protected]
Details to be sent for letter of invitation:
1. Full Name
2. Affiliation
3. Conference Name
4. Passport Number
5. Scan Copy of Passport
6. Contact Details
7. Nationality
8. Participation Type: Speaker/Delegate
How do I identify my poster board?
Each poster will be allotted with a unique identification number, and those will be placed at the venue on the allotted day for poster presentation as well as the unique number will be mentioned in the scientific program.
What is the size of the poster board?
Poster board size depends on venue, but the posters should be in the dimension of 42" x 56”.
When should I hang up and take down my poster?
Poster should be placed at the allotted places 2 hours prior to the poster session and can be removed at the end of the day.
Is there a poster prize?
Best posters will be awarded at the closing ceremony of the conference.
I am a student, can I give an oral presentation>
Yes, we have separate oral category for students i.e. Young Scholars Awards.
In case I have to cancel my conference participation after registration, can I obtain a refund of my registration?
The refund policy is posted on the conference terms and conditions web page.
Can I transfer my registration to my colleague, as I may not be able to attend.
All fully paid registrations are transferable to other persons from the same organization, if registered person is unable to attend the event. Transfers must be made by the registered person in writing to [email protected]. Details must be included the full name of replacement person, their title, contact phone number and email address. All other registration details will be assigned to the new person unless otherwise specified.
Is there any financial assistance for the meeting?
Attendees requesting for partial financial assistance can mail us direct at [email protected]
Where do I get exhibitor kit and details?
You can directly get the info in the website in exhibitor/sponsor column or mail us at [email protected]
Do you organize individual airport transfers for participants?
Every attendee is responsible to take care of their own transport, if there is any free shuttle service the info will be share to you priorly by the program managers.
I do not need accommodation, however only registration fees with accommodation are available – do I get a reduction?
Yes, we have option of only registration or packages i.e., (Package A and Package B). If you do not wish to book accommodation from our end you can opt for general registration which excludes accommodation.
What hotel should I stay at during the conference?
Hotel information will be sent to you with a confirmation letter. A block of rooms has been reserved at a special rate and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Please contact us by writing at [email protected] . After the allocated rooms have been filled, reservations may be made at the regular room rate if space is available.
Currently I do not have confirm VISA, can I pay now for registration and book accommodation later.
Yes, you can register now and once you receive your entry VISA you can mail us at [email protected], so we can assist with accommodation.
How many days prior to the conference do I need to book my room
It depends on the availability of room, if it’s available we can confirm your bookings till 15days prior to the event dates.
Can 2 people share a single room
No, as per hotel norms you need to book a double room, if 2 people are staying in a same room. You need to pay the accompanying person charges so we automatically book a double room
I want to come with my wife and son, do we need to take 2 rooms
Depends, if your son is below 12 years you can stay in the same room, else you need to pay the extra charges for the third adult.
